I lead bleeding-edge biomedical technology projects and frontier vision science research. My key project is developing a high-fidelity acquisition system for multifocal visual evoked potential study. I develop algorithms to characterise mf-VEP signals for glaucoma and optic neuritis applications. I am designing a retinal vessel imaging system to characterise the vessels' dynamic properties. I also investigate the use of EEG for improving training programmes for neurovascular surgeons. I co-supervise PhD and Master students in VEP studies on human and rats.
